The service call consisted of getting a quote for a new water heater, and since my old water heater was leaking, they vacuumed half of the water that had leaked from my water heater out of the pan. Unfortunately the replacement quote was more than I could afford. But, getting the appointment for the quote was easy, and everyone was friendly and thorough in their service explanations.

There were two parts related to this service visit. The first was to diagnose the problem, which the techs did. The second part was I asked if they could provide a referral for leak detection work that may be needed to resolve the problem with my water heater. Mario stated he would check with the office to obtain that information for me. It's been 3 1/2 hours since the techs were here and no one has contacted me yet with referral information.

I am the maintenance manager for property management I have been working with Water Heater Warehouse for about 4 years now and so far, I am happy with their service and so are my tenants. They are always professional and have great prices/brand. Maria is amazing to work with and always replies immediately and when I need an emergency job done sooner, I call Chris and Michael. The crew arrived when scheduled and did a fantastic job in what was a fairly difficult removal process as we live on the 8th floor of a condo complex and they are not allowed to drain the tank.I’d highly recommend Water Heater Warehouse to anyone needing a new water heater.Everyone from the first call to the last were excellent to deal with.

The water heater warehouse guys are great. Eddie and his Coworker were an awesome installation team. They did a great job and made sure that all my questions were answered before they left and everything was just as clean as they found it. Highly recommend.
